Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of tickets and accommodation should be submitted by email to lucy.sam@aleftrust.org. When cancellation has been confirmed by the Event Manager they are subject to the following terms:

  • If cancellation of purchase is confirmed by the 31st May 2024 the full price less a 10% administration fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation of purchase is confirmed after the 31st May 2024 there is no refund due.
  • If you have purchased the online ticket only you can cancel the tickets within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

Should you be unable to attend you may be able to transfer the tickets/accommodation to another person/s by contacting the Event Manager with details.
